Excessive water intake affects the blood pressure and even it overloads the kidney.
Dietary Methods: People who eat high protein diet usually suffer from the high amounts of waste materials in the body which kidney has to face and to excrete out of the body blood. Its basic and obvious solution is that to make the amount of protein in your food quite less to keep your kidney healthy and even they will get some time to rest as well.
Physical Fitness: Physical fitness is the key to prevent not only kidney diseases but every other disease throughout your life. Exercising on daily basis improves our blood circulations and also helps us to lose the extra weight. It also helps us by keeping our bold pressure normal. It will take off the excessive pressures on our kidneys. If anyone is overweight and also having even a minor kidney problem then he/she should start doing exercise and walk, but remember not to exert you and try to increase the time duration of walk or exercise gradually with time.
