WARNING! : All the lovers of red meat now read this warning carefully because according to a study in the US ones who keeps eating the red meat often are much tender to develop the kidney cancer
Researches: The study conducted earlier showed some dangled results but recently a new research was made in order get the exact figures and examined half millions of the US residents and asked to provide details of the data of themselves that what they ate on the regular basis, then the team gathered the data of 9 years also examined the diagnosis of cancer. Around 2 to 3 ounces of red meat /day were consumed by males and women consumed 28-57 grams /day. People who consumed more than 1 once of red meat such as 4 ounces had the levels to develop and get diagnosed with kidney cancer up to 19% instead of those who ate less than 1 ounce per day. And in the time span of this study about 1,800 people were diagnosed with the kidney cancer by their doctor.
Red Meat and Other Factors: Along with the high consumption of the red meat there are other factors as well to develop kidney cancer

- Vegetable Intakes
- Alcohol consumption
- Having high blood pressures
- Being diabetic
- Exposure to chemicals
Furthermore Researches: The study showed a fact that most of these factors were leading to papillary cancer having no impact on the clear cell cancer of kidney. The American society of cancer lists over 50,000 people who are diagnosed with kidney cancer in the last year but also stated the fact that the number of people who are surviving even diagnosed with kidney cancer has exceeded 200,000.
Advice: Everybody knows that the red meat gives us iron and the protein and not any one should stop eating it but according to the expert’s advice one should eat it in the right proportion as directed by the physician or the US dietary guidelines. Also minimize the percentage of fatty foods and try to eat more and more of the lean meat, fish, poultry food and the nuts.
All the studies and the researches can show us only approximated figures and not the exact cause of this disease, a person can develop kidney cancer even if he/she has not eaten red meat or has never encountered to any of other factors. Many of the researches and tests will be needed by the doctor in order to diagnose the disease. The types of red meat that are usually available are the beef, lamb meat and the veal. All of these meats contains high volumes of nutrients but they can be reduced by the method of cooking, the most preferable method to cook it is baking and broiling which reduces the risk of developing the kidney cancer.
